Phenolic Sleeve & Tube is suitable for general electrical applications to assist in isolating bolts from flanges when galvanic corrosion is likely to occur.Phenolic Sleeve is also not recommended for use in alkaline environments and is unaffected by most organis solvents.
Phenolic Insulating Washers, placed on the studs between the flange and flat steel washers, manufactured from the customer's choice of either: 1/8" (3.175mm) thick fabric-reinforced, laminated phenolic or non asbestos. These washers may be used with polyethylene or phenolic sleeves. Note: If not specified, washers will be plain faced phenolic.
Mylar Insulating Sleeve is used to insulate or isolate bolts from dissimilar metal flanges to avoid galvanic corrossion. Mylar has excellent dielectric strength and low water absorbtion.

G-10 Glass Epoxy Washer are used for isolation from dissimilar metals & subsequent galvanic corrosion.
Flange Insulation Kits Type F is designed to combat the effects of corrosion often found in flanged pipe system. Galvanic corrosion between dissimilar metal flanges, flange insulation associated with cathodic protection of underground piping are other examples where Flange Insulation can be put to effective use.
